You can also enjoy our Instant Rice Pudding pure, to supply yourself with high-quality carbohydrates before training - or to strengthen yourself afterwards. You decide the consistency of your snack, which you can mix without a whisk, just with a spoon, as firm or fluffy creamy as you like. Tip: The rice pudding swells quite a bit! So often small amounts of water or (vegetable) milk are enough.

Recommended use:
Stir 20-30g powder depending on the desired consistency with 150-200ml of cold or hot water and infuse for 2 minutes.
