Recommendation
1 serving/day. General hydration recommendation for activities >60 minutes: Drink as needed before exercise. During exercise, drink 150 - 200ml approximately every 15 minutes. Drink according to your own sense of thirst.
Preparation (1 serving): for an isotonic drink mix 50g (approx. 3 scoops- enclosed) with 750ml water.
