A purely plant-based dietary supplement containing the omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).
DHA contributes to normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision.
ALA helps maintain normal cholesterol levels.
The positive effects are felt when 250mg of DHA/2g of ALA are taken daily.

suggested dosage:
Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with a main meal and plenty of liquid. Consume within two months of opening.
