Body Attack Tribulus 1600 (150 Caps)
Tribulus Terrestris as a plant extract is one of the most popular nutritional supplements in bodybuilding and weight training. We have developed a Tribulus Terrestris product with Maxi Caps especially according to the wishes of iron athletes, so that a larger amount of Tribulus Terrestris can be taken with fewer capsules. Two capsules of Body Attack Tribulus 1600 provide 1600 mg of Tribulus Terrestris extract. Of this, 960 mg consists of saponins.
What else works in Body Attack Tribulus 1600?
Many bodybuilders and strength athletes are looking for supplements to build muscle. The focus here is primarily on a protein-emphasized diet, with protein shakes being the preferred supplement to the daily diet. In addition, sufficient vitamin B5 must also be supplied with the daily diet, as the vitamin contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones and vitamin D. Every strength athlete and bodybuilder knows that our body's own steroid hormones have a major influence on muscle building But little attention is paid to vitamin D, even though vitamin D plays a role in cell division and even contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle activity, e.g. during muscle building training.
Tribulus 1600 also contains the important mineral zinc, which contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood during strenuous training and diet phases. Like vitamin B5, zinc also has a function in cell division (=growth) and also contributes to the new formation of body and muscle proteins The prerequisite for the formation of new proteins is a high calorie intake in the daily diet. However, this in turn should provide sufficient protein, as this is essential for muscle growth in conjunction with intensive training. Depending on the body type (ecto-, meso- and endomorph), a quantity of between 1.3 and 2 g protein per kilogram of body weight is recommended during the muscle building phase. In practice, the situation is usually different, with larger amounts of protein of up to 3 g per kilogram of body weight being consumed per day.
Because of the properties of Vitamin B5 and zinc in Tribulus Terrestris 1600 from Body Attack, this product takes on a whole new meaning. One serving (2 capsules) of Tribulus 2400 provides 5.5 mg of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) and 5.7 mg of zinc citrate.
