Evening primrose oil is an oil with multiple benefits that is extracted from the plant called oenothera biennis. Evening primrose oil is obtained through a process in which its seeds are pressed to obtain this compound in the most efficient and natural way.

Evening primrose oil is composed mainly of gamma-linoleic acid or GLC, mainly omega 6. The human body is capable of converting GLA into a substance known as prostaglandins, which are responsible for regulating the vast majority of our organs, maintaining cell membranes in an optimal state.
The main components of evening primrose oil are linoleic acid (polyunsaturated fatty acid) and oleic acid (monounsaturated fatty acid). The particularity of this oil is a content of about 8-10% of gamma linolenic acid.
