Layenberger 3K Protein Shake is ideal for a conscious, protein-rich and healthy diet. Thanks to the three protein sources soy, whey and milk, our 3K shakes cover a wide range of amino acids, including all the essential amino acids (EAAs)! The three-component protein - 79% protein in the drinking powder - also guarantees the high biological value of the shakes. The Chemical Score - used to measure the efficiency of conversion into the body's own proteins - is 141. Optimum value!

Thanks to its unique, noble and creamy taste, providing your body with sufficient protein is simply a pleasure. Gluten-free, aspartame-free shakes contain vitamins E, C, B1, B2, B6, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin. Vitamins are important for almost all metabolic processes and bodily functions. Calcium is also involved in numerous metabolic processes and helps maintain muscle and bone function. With Carnipure®, 3K Shakes contain high-quality L-carnitine, which plays a role in fat loss and therefore in energy regeneration.

The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends a daily protein intake of 0.8 g per kilogram of body weight for a normal-weight adult. If you take part in sports or other physical activities, this requirement can rise to 1.2 g and a maximum of 2 g per kilogram.
