You like pancakes? Then we've got something for you! Whether with jam, chocolate or other treats, pancakes are always a good and delicious choice! But during a diet it is better to avoid conventional pancakes, because they do not have optimal nutritional values and saturate only relatively short. In this case, we recommend our protein pancakes, because these consist mainly of oat flour and can therefore also be consumed during a diet without hesitation.

Ingredients:
oat flour (gluten) 35%, instant whey protein (milk) 17% [whey protein concentrate (milk), emulsifier: lecithins (soy)], whole milk powder, maltodextrin 11%, fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavorings, milk protein concentrate 2.5%, egg white protein 2.5%, yogurt powder (milk), quark powder (milk), raising agent (sodium carbonates), salt, acid (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose). Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, celery, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.
Preparation:
Mix one scoop (37 g = 2.5 tablespoons = 1 scoop) with 100 ml water or skim milk. Shake or stir vigorously until the mixture resembles a conventional pancake batter. Then pour into a non-stick pan and bake over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (1-2 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the batter). Feel free to experiment with the thickness of the batter, the size of the pancakes, and the baking times to get the pancakes you want. Once prepared, store in the refrigerator and consume within one day!
