The 100% Whey Protein from Optimum Nutrition is composed of the protein sources whey protein and whey protein isolate and peptides from hydrolyzed whey. In addition to all the proteins and amino acids of whey, this whey also provides branched-chain amino acids (BCAA), glutamic acid, lactoglobulin, lactalbumins, glycomacropeptides and other specific proteins. The proteins used in Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein are ultra- or microfiltered. Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein is rich in BCAA's and glutamine, tastes delicious and is very easy to digest. It does not thicken after stirring!
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein is taken in drink form, in quantities that depend on physical exertion, training intensity and body mass. Depending on other nutrition, it is taken one to three times a day.
Drink preparation:Dissolve approx. 35g in cool, low-fat milk (approx. 200ml) or in cool water (approx. 200ml). Ideally, a shake cup should be used.
