What components are included in the protein?
Whey protein is one of the best sources of protein around. It is extracted from cow's milk and filtered several times to filter out the carbohydrates and fats almost completely. The result is a protein powder that is high in protein, low in carbohydrates, and low in fat.
Whey protein isolate is particularly low in fat, which goes into the blood immediately. Also included in the protein powder are the two protein sources whey protein concentrate and hydrolisate, which are metabolized somewhat more slowly.

Recommendation
1-3 servings daily - 1 serving before breakfast, between meals and/ or 1 serving 1 hour after exercise and/ or before sleep. Dissolve 1 serving (35 g = 1 scoop) in 200 ml1 of water.
