Manufactured using the cross-flow microfiltration process (micro- and then ultrafiltration, no ion exchange), it guarantees the highest possible retention and concentration of the precious protein fractions in their natural tertiary and quaternary structures, which are otherwise lost through ion exchange.
At the same time, this technology ensures the lowest possible lipid content and the absence of lactose, while maintaining a high biological value (170 according to Oser).
