Recommended use:
A serving, 30 g powder (1½ scoops) in 300 ml low-fat milk stir.
TIP: Advanced users can also stir 50 g powder (2½ scoops) in 250 ml water and drink. Ideal for a low carb diet and for a high workout workload. The shake is no longer low carbohydrate (low carb) due to the preparation with milk. Do not exceed 3 shakes per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated.
