The 100% Casein Complex is a dominant micellar casein milk protein blend, produced exclusively from casein milk proteins. Casein is high in essential chained amino acids (BCAA's) and very high (higher than in whey) in L-glutamine, the highest and most abundant free amino acid in the human body.100% Casein Complex protein contributes to muscle maintenance and growth and bone maintenance*. These milk protein products are the so-called complete proteins, because they provide the body with all the necessary amino acids, including the 9 amino acids that the body can not synthesize and must be ingested through food (ie.s. Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine,Threonine, Trytophan,Valine).

Additional L-Glutamine and Taurine, as well as the digestive enzymes Papain and Bromelain, are included in the formula! Calcium present in 100% Casein Complex contributes to normal muscle function, energy metabolism and neurotransmission. It is also needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth*.

Recommended Use
Dissolve 1-3 servings (30 g) per day in 250 ml of liquid.
