The fitness pizza from IronMaxx® provides you with a whole 35% protein and thus more than 311% than conventional pizzas on the market. The high-quality protein blend of wheat protein, pumpkin seed protein, sunflower seed protein, chicken egg protein and protein-enriched whey powder ensure optimal muscle growth. Just 2.3% sugar contains a serving.
Classic Ingredients - Classic Taste
The included yeast provides in combination with the existing flours - wheat, soy and oats - for a good rising of the dough. A total of 39% carbohydrates result from this mixture. Likewise, the pizza provides you with almost 7% fiber per serving, ensuring long-lasting satiety.
Recommended Use
Knead 100g of baking mix and 75ml of water for about 4 minutes with a hand mixer until smooth. Let rest covered for about 20 minutes. Then roll out between two strips of baking paper. Remove the top baking paper and top as desired. Bake for 10-12 minutes at about 200-220°C (convection oven).
