L-Carnitine is needed in the cells to transport fatty acids to the mitochondria (the power plants of the cells), where the fatty acids are broken down for energy. For its part, L-Carnitine is transported back again and can be used for further transport processes.
Increased fat burning and slightly improved performance can be achieved through OLIMP L-Carnitine Powder. Due to the increased fat burning, glycogen can be saved in the first part of the load, if necessary. Recommended Use:
