Guarana is a natural plant source of caffeine and other phytochemicals. Its seeds contain twice the concentration of caffeine than is found in coffee beans. Guarana contains a widely varying mixture of xanthine alkaloids other than caffeine, including theophylline and theobromine and other substances as well as polyphenol. It has been conventionally used as a refresher. Our SUPER GUARANA also provides calcium which contributes to energy metabolism, normal muscle function and neutransmission, and maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Recommended Use
Take 2 tablets per day approx. 30 minutes before exercise or physical or mental activity.

Contains 198 mg of caffeine per serving.
