The Designer Oatbar is extremely versatile and can be enjoyed before or after training, during competitions or simply as a snack between meals. It provides instant and long-lasting energy, making it a great pre- or post-workout snack, but also a valuable source of energy at any other time of the day. The carbohydrates it contains help you to replenish your glycogen stores and restore muscle function after intense exercise.
Ingredients:
Crunchy yoghurt: Oats 34%, yoghurt coating 22% (sugar, fully and partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (palm kernel oil), yoghurt powder 8%, sweetwhey powder, emulsifier (lecithins (sunflower)), flavor), vegetable oils (palm oil, rapeseed oil), sugar cane syrup, dark cookie pieces 4 % (enriched wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine, niacin), sugar, vegetable oils (palm oil, rapeseed oil), low-fat cocoa powder, salt, raising agent (sodium carbonates)), vegetable oils (shea oil, palm oil), emulsifier (lecithins (soy)), white chocolate pieces 4% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, whey powder, palm oil, emulsifier (lecithins (soy), flavoring), humectant (glycerol), sugar, soy flour, flavoring.
Recommended intake:
1-2 bars per day. May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess
