The Flow Fitness Pro UB5I is an exercise bike that guarantees high quality and safety, combined with endless training options. The exercise bike offers no fewer than 24 different programs to choose from. These programs range from user programs and a manual program to heart rate-based programs. These are designed to match your heart rate, which you measure using the heart rate sensors in the handles. It's also possible to use a Bluetooth chest belt and connect it to the exercise bike.

Of course, resistance can also be set manually using the intelligent knob or the quick-release buttons on the handlebars. The magnetic resistance system gives you a choice of 32 training levels, set in 5-watt increments (10 - 350 watts).

User-friendly screen

The UB5i Upright Bike's large display gives you a complete overview of your performance. These include speed, revolutions per minute, distance, watts, calories and heart rate. You can also track the progress of your training with a graph. To navigate, use the advanced smart wheel or quick keys to quickly select the desired parameters.

Would you prefer not to have figures and graphs in front of you all the time? So place your tablet or smartphone in the tablet holder and simply watch an enjoyable series. You can also follow a route via Kinomap, Zwift or Iconsole.

Even more with applications

Thanks to the Bluetooth receiver in the console, you can connect your favorite training applications to the Flow Fitness UB5i. Iconsole and Kinomap, among others, work perfectly with this exercise bike. Also very practical for the gym. You can track the performance of all your workouts on your smartphone, so there's no need to worry about losing your data.

The Kinomap application gives you an extremely realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. Resistance is automatically increased when ascending and decreased when descending. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed, or use the multiplayer mode to organize competitions with your friends. On your screen, you can see how far into your video you are and how far you still have to go. You can also easily link Kinomap to your favorite training applications, such as Strava and Runkeeper. In this way, you can record all your training sessions in a single overview.

To use Kinomap, a minimum version of 5.0 is required for Android devices. A minimum version of 9.0 is required for iOS.
