Fitting guide (heat-moldable)
- Boil water, let it rest for ~30 s.
- Immerse mouthguard for 60–90 s (see manufacturer’s instructions), then drain.
- Place in mouth, press with fingers and bite firmly.
- Suck in air to mold gel against teeth and gums.
- Hold 30–60 s, remove, then cool in cold water.
- Repeat briefly if needed for best fit.
