Each bar contains vitamins B6 and B12, important for giving the body the energy recovery it needs. CLIF Bars also contain natural proteins and fibres, and are free from glucose-fructose syrup. Its sweet taste is obtained from brown rice and cane sugar syrup. What's more, CLIF bars are extremely low in fat and lactose-free.
