Protein supports the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Mass Gainer contains a carbohydrate-protein blend combined with micronutrients. The carbohydrate mix contains 5 different carbohydrate sources and therefore provides energy in a staggered way. The quality protein content is based on a blend of cross-flow filtered whey protein isolate and natural casein, as well as hydrolysates of both sources. Creatine enhances physical performance and explosiveness during short-duration, intensive physical effort. Mass Gainer provides 3000mg of creatine per daily ration.
