Thanks to C2MAX, a scientifically developed carbohydrate blend, it brings you sources of glucose and fructose in a 2:1 ratio. The gel's liquid consistency makes it easy to absorb, so you don't have to drink immediately afterwards as with other gels. Ideal for runners or athletes who prefer a more liquid gel.
