CAFFEINE CAPS from Sponser provide 50 mg of caffeine per capsule in free form.
They are therefore perfectly suited to individual caffeine dosing during exercise, especially for people with sensitive stomachs.
Thanks to gastric acid-resistant CAFFEINE CAPS, caffeine is only released in the intestine, minimizing potential tolerance problems.
The caffeine content of a CAFFEINE CAPS capsule corresponds approximately to that of a half-espresso or coffee.
We recommend using it especially for longer endurance efforts of 3 hours or more, since here, due to increased gastric stress and sensitivity, it is preferable to take caffeine in several small quantities (50-100mg, or 1-2 capsules).
