With Fit+Feelgood shakes, you can control your body weight by replacing one of your three main daily meals, or reduce your weight by replacing two main meals. In all cases, prepare the remaining main meal(s) so that they are low in calories - maximum 600kcal - and rich in vitamins. To reach your weight goal, make sure you also drink enough - at least two liters of calorie-free or low-calorie liquid a day!
