Thanks to its unique, noble and creamy taste, providing your body with sufficient protein is simply a pleasure. Gluten-free, aspartame-free shakes contain vitamins E, C, B1, B2, B6, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin. Vitamins are important for almost all metabolic processes and bodily functions. Calcium is also involved in numerous metabolic processes and helps maintain muscle and bone function. With Carnipure®, 3K Shakes contain high-quality L-carnitine, which plays a role in fat loss and therefore in energy regeneration.
The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends a daily protein intake of 0.8 g per kilogram of body weight for a normal-weight adult. If you take part in sports or other physical activities, this requirement can rise to 1.2 g and a maximum of 2 g per kilogram. Just as the DGE recommends for the elderly - from the age of 65, at least 1 g per kilo of body weight! At the same time, our Layenberger 3K Shakes are easy to prepare: shake 30 g of drinkable powder with 250 ml of cold water or 300 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) for 20 seconds - enjoy up to three servings a day!
