To enhance the nutritional content of our sports dessert, we've added two high-quality protein sources (casein and whey). Recommended Use

Use a shaker and mix 1 serving (40 g) with 250 ml of water and shake until it thickens. Subsequently, put it in a bowl and eat it after one of your meals. The pudding tastes even more pleasant when chilled! Consume it within 2 days and store at 4 °C!
