Micellar casein is a high-quality, long-term protein derived from milk. Unlike acid casein or caseinates, micellar casein retains the nutritional quality and function thanks to ultrafiltration at low temperatures.

Micellar casein is absorbed slowly in the stomach. In this way, the muscles are continuously supplied with amino acids over a longer period of time. This makes micellar casein an ideal protein supplement for between meals or before a good night's sleep. During sleep, the body is not normally supplied with nutrients because no food is being consumed. However, because micellar casein provides a constant supply of protein, the body can prevent muscle tissue from being broken down overnight.

Micellar casein has a premium amino acid profile and a particularly high content of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). In addition, it contains extremely little fat and at the same time provides high-quality calcium.

Recommended intake:
200 - 300 ml of water or milk in our shaker (the less liquid, the thicker the shake). Then add one and a half large MP measuring spoons (30 g) and enjoy. For best results, consume just before bedtime. However, the product can also be taken 2 to 3 times a day between meals or as needed. Measuring spoon not included.
