The drink recipe is rounded off from turmeric powder with coconut powder and stimulating ginger and black pepper - which makes taking the otherwise bitter-tasting turmeric a real treat!
Turmeric with mineral complex
A sufficient supply of these minerals is particularly important for physically active people and high levels of physical stress. 
- Calcium contributes to normal muscle function and normal energy metabolism. It plays an important role in cell division and, as many of us already know, calcium is needed to maintain normal bones.
- Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as to a normal energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium also has beneficial properties that contribute to normal muscle function and protein synthesis.
- Zinc makes an important contribution to normal carbohydrate metabolism and normal fatty acid metabolism.
