Serious Mass is the gainer par excellence of the brand Optimum Nutrition. Serious Mass Gainer brings you more than 1250 calories per day with more than 250g of very good quality carbohydrates, a contribution of more than 50g of proteins to develop your muscular mass, only 2g of transformed fatty acids and a portion of vitamins and minerals very appreciable.

The complex sugars in the best gainer provide you with the necessary calories to be in caloric surplus.
