Recommended use

Replacing two main meals with the Fit+Feelgood meal replacement helps you to reduce your body weight. The product only serves its intended purpose as part of a low-calorie diet. Other foods must be part of this diet. Therefore, prepare a third low-calorie and vitamin-rich main meal (max. 600 kcal) yourself. Replacing one main meal helps to maintain or stabilize body weight after weight loss.

In both cases of use, however, make sure to drink enough fluids (about 2-3 liters of water per day)

For one meal, add three measuring spoons of powder (33g) to 200ml of cold, low-fat milk and prepare the shake preferably in a hand shaker or blender.
