L-Glutamine is one of the semi-essential amino acids, which means that the body's own synthesis may not be sufficient to meet the requirement under certain circumstances (e.g. intense physical stress). The pure WEIDER® L-Glutamine powder is almost tasteless and easily soluble. Thus, it can be easily stirred into your protein shake or your favorite drink. Each can of WEIDER® L-Glutamine contains 400 g of powder, which corresponds to a whole 80 servings of 5 g each!
Recommendation
Max. 2 servings a day, after each workout.
Preparation (1 serving): Stir 1 scoop (= 4.5 g) into water or juice - scoop enclosed.
