This product was formerly known as "Scottish Oats Extra Fine". Instant Oats is an excellent source of low GI (glycemic index) carbohydrates that you need for your regular workouts.

We source the finest Scottish oats and grind them into extra fine powder that provides the body with sustained low GI carbohydrates. The product is mixed with the drink of your choice.

Instant oats is an extremely healthy source of carbohydrates, because it provides the body with energy without interruption. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for those who want to get even more out of their workout or simply take in even more carbohydrates. Thanks to its ultra-fine powder form, it retains all the nutrients and benefits of the "normal" oats and also tastes really good!

Instant Oats can be used in many ways: As an addition to your usual shake, enjoyed pure or even as an additive to certain foods. 1 level MP plastic measuring spoon (large) equals 42 g. (not included)

Recommended Use:
Take 1-3 times daily or as needed to increase fiber intake. Mix 100 g with water, milk or fruit juice (amount according to taste). Mix in a shaker with screw cap for best results.

Ground oats, cocoa powder (chocolate only), flavorings (flavored varieties only), sweetener (Sucralose® [flavored varieties only]), coloring (curcumin [banana only], beet [strawberry only]).
