Recommendation for use

Dissolve 1 serving (150 g) in 400 ml of water. Shake vigorously until an appropriate consistency is achieved. If you prefer soft flakes, then 1-2 minutes should be waited until the flakes have absorbed the liquid. If you prefer it crunchy, then eat it immediately.
