This also makes it an excellent knee support for arthritis. By relieving pressure on the kneecap, you can wear the sleeve from all day without feeling over constrained or restricted. Use the open patella knee support to relieve pain and swelling following a knee injury as well as helping to relieve patellar tendonitis and bursitis too. Due to the use of heat therapeutic neoprene, this knee support is ideal for use in cold weather when knee pain tends to worsen.  It is also ideal for use during tennis, skiing and golf.

For correct sizing, extend the leg and measure around the kneecap:

  • Small: 13-14.5" (33-37 cm)
  • Medium: 15-16" (37.5-40.5 cm)
  • Large: 16.5-17.5" (41.5-44.5 cm)
  • XL: 18-20.5” (45-52 cm)
