The MED 45 is one of a range of massage rollers used primarily in the sports and therapeutic sectors. Unlike our STANDARD, the MED 45 has a significantly softer surface, which many customers find particularly comfortable. We've developed the MED 45 massage roller to give you a larger support surface for self-massage. It is 15cm longer than the MED (30cm long). This massage roller has long since proved its worth in the therapeutic field. This MED 45 roller is extremely beneficial for the back. Pain-sensitive or slim people who want a particularly gentle fascia massage are happy to use this massage roller. If you're already familiar with STANDARD, you'll be delighted by the elasticity of MED 45, which is 20% softer. However, it is recommended that you do not perform standing balancing exercises with the massage roller.
