The BLACKROLL® DUOBALL 08 is not only Made in Germany - it's also a BLACKROLL® bestseller. The combination of two massage balls makes this fascia ball perfect for soothing massage of parallel muscle strands. Bony prominences, in particular the spinous processes of the spine, are simply left out by the recess, so you can massage your back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs with the BLACKROLL® DUOBALL 08. The BLACKROLL® DUO-FASCIA BALL 08 is the perfect massage device for self-treatment of the back. With this BLACKROLL® ball, two fascia balls have been combined to perfect the massage of the thoracic and cervical spine. Parallel muscle strands can thus be massaged not only simultaneously, but evenly. You don't touch the spinous processes because the fascia balls are directly next to the spinal column. Thanks to its size and shape, you can also use the DUOBALL massage ball for self-massage of your shins, arms and shoulders. Bone structures are not affected. Unlike the DUOBALL 12, this fascia ball is 8 centimetres smaller in diameter, so it's also suitable for selective self-massage.
