How does actisan work?
The secret: Actisan is an ingredient for the synthetic material used for tools and is highly effective against bacteria and other micro-organisms on an ionic basis. It constantly accumulates ions that are harmless to humans. These ions only attack the metabolism of harmful organisms. What's remarkable about Actisan: it's antibacterial as well as antimicrobial, destroying bacteria and other micro-organisms in the process. As a result, it is far more effective than conventional wipe disinfection. The material retains its full effectiveness for a period of five years.

What does the application do?
Thanks to its versatility, virtually all muscle groups can be trained, especially the deep muscles important for overall fitness. How does it work?
Depending on the purpose of the exercise, the Jumper can be used standing, jumping, sitting or lying down. Air filling provides an unstable yet dynamic base. On the Jumper, you can jump, balance in a standing position and bend your knees. Abdominal muscles can be trained while sitting, and back muscles while lying down. Its non-slip design also makes it easy to jump sideways. A complete exercise poster with numerous training suggestions is included. The "Perfect Shape Jumper" exercise DVD is available as an optional extra. The Jumper can be used on both sides.

Advice :
"To get used to it, I stand on the Jumper at first. You can already tell that the trampoline ball offers good support without bending your ankles sideways and putting pressure on them. The unstable base makes your sense of balance much more sensitive. Squats or single-leg stands with eyes closed present a particular challenge. Leg muscles and joints have to work together with the sense of balance to achieve a secure position. Muscles are strengthened, balance is improved and coordination between the two is optimized. But also the abdominal muscles can be trained in the best possible way. I find a comfortable sitting position on the Jumper and can do crunches and sit-ups without straining my spine or tailbone. At the same time, the Jumper is non-slip and provides an optimum position for performing the exercises. When you jump on the side, the sliding resistance remains impeccable. What's really fun is jumping on the Jumper. The trampoline effect is simply ingenious. It's amazing how versatile this simple yet sophisticated piece of sports equipment is. I bought the Jumper because it's almost like having your own little gym. Its compact size makes it super suitable for any apartment. And it's just crazy fun."
