Made in Germany, the Dynair Extreme is the largest member of the Dynair family. With a diameter of 80 cm and a height of 18 cm, it is perfectly suited as a meditation cushion and seat cushion. The gentle vibrations are immediately absorbed by the cushion and emitted towards the spine. To maintain a calm sitting position, small adjustments have to be made all the time, which is a challenge for the muscles of the spine and trunk. What's more, spinal training exercises and exercises to improve core stability can be performed perfectly in either the dorsal or ventral position. Like all Dynair ball cushions, the Dynair Extreme features our proven pimples on one side and a smooth, soft surface on the other.
