The Dynair® Ballkissen® Senso, made in Germany, is an inflatable, dynamic training tool in high-quality Ruton. One side features soft, round Senso pimples, while the other has a smooth, velvety surface. It's a space-saving alternative to an exercise ball and is used as a surface for back and fitness training. It features a needle valve to regulate the air charge. The Dynair® Ballkissen® Senso can support a maximum weight of 500 kg. The material is odorless and latex-free. What are the benefits? For a strong, healthy back and a stable center. The back is relieved very effectively and trained incidentally. This can help prevent intervertebral disc pain and strengthen spinal muscles. Upright posture can be optimized. In addition, the following effects can be observed during sensorimotor training (interaction between the nervous system and muscles): improved nervous system, concentration and coordination, and joint stability. How does it work? The air charge combined with the shape and special high-quality material ensure dynamic seating and training. Place the Dynair® Ballkissen® Senso on a seat. When sitting on the Senso ball cushion, minimal movement is required to compensate for the unstable surface. These movements are performed by the back muscles. So, without spending time on additional exercises, back muscles can easily be trained in the office or at home. Additional exercises can be performed while standing on this tool to improve balance (including brain-muscle coordination), stabilize joints and strengthen and tone core muscles. The Senso ball cushion can be inflated or deflated for different levels of comfort and difficulty.
