The Dynair Ballkissen XL, made in Germany, is a dynamic, inflatable training device. It is considered a simple, space-saving alternative to the large ball and is used as a basis for back and fitness training in sitting, standing and lying positions. The product is latex-free and manufactured at the company's Prien am Chiemsee site (Germany) by TOGU, the inventor of the inflatable balance cushion. TOGU offers a 30-year manufacturer's warranty for the Dynair Ballkissen XL. What does the application do? A strong, healthy back and a stable body center. The back is effectively and easily relieved and trained on its side. The intervertebral discs are gently held in motion and the spinal muscles are trained. Upright posture can be optimized. In addition, sensorimotor training (interaction between the nervous and muscular systems) has the following effects: improved nervous system, concentration and coordination, joint stability and general movement sequences. How does it work? The air filling, the shape and the special high-quality material enable dynamic sitting and training: minimal movements are constantly and immediately transferred to the body. This involuntarily trains the deep-lying back muscles and the sensorimotor system. Unlike sitting on rigid surfaces, these deep-seated muscles, so important for body stability, are also trained.
