Stabilization and coordination training for sports enthusiasts and top athletes in a stimulating new dimension. With the TOGU Balance Board Balanza® - made in Germany - it's possible to train the whole body on several levels. Beneath the specially-designed plate is an extremely robust inflatable ball, which, thanks to its dynamic instability, provides a thorough workout for the stabilizing muscle groups in all joints. Unlike traditional therapeutic gyroscopes, the support surface floats thanks to its special construction. This enables multi-dimensional movement during training. Suitable for standing stabilization and coordination exercises with or without additional equipment. What's more, the side handles enable excellent full-body stabilization exercises in the support position, creating new training stimuli.
