The Body Attack Gloves Fitness are the optimal basic equipment for training on dumbbells and equipment. A good fit prevents calluses on the hands by equipment handles or dumbbell bars.

How to determine the size: Place the hand with the heel of the hand on a centimeter measure (the heel of the hand is where the fingers entspriessen and calluses from dumbbell bars). The width of the hand at this point determines the size!
