With the VirtuFit HomeGym KH2 Power Station with Leg Press Extension, you can easily train at home with this versatile HomeGym. You can practice countless exercises and work your whole body. You can use the high pulley with the pull-up bar for various lateral pulling and pushing exercises, the low pulley with the straight bar for lifts, curls and pulls, among others. The KH2 power station is also easy to convert into a cable station by attaching the supplied wrist straps. With these cables, you have almost as many options as with dumbbells. For example, train your abs with crunches and woodchoppers, pull-ups for your back and leg raises and extensions to train your glutes and legs. The handles are made of foam for a soft, comfortable grip during training.
More options with the VirtuFit KH2 HomeGym
In addition to the above options, the KH2 offers many others. This power station features a butterfly, also known as a PEC Deck, for lateral elevations. These exercises are ideal for working the pectoral muscles. The VirtuFit KH2 also features a leg developer with foam roller for recumbent extensions. With this exercise, you work your legs and develop nice, muscular quadriceps.
Compact power station design
The compact design of the VirtuFit KH2 HomeGym power station makes it easy to use in smaller spaces. You perform the exercises on or in front of the HomeGym, so there's plenty of room on the sides for other equipment or exercises.
The sturdy frame is made of powder-coated steel, which is highly durable and requires little or no maintenance. The total weight of the KH2 weight stack is 86 kg, spread over 12 blocks of 6.8 kg and one of 4.5 kg. Sturdy lumbar cushions with 4 cm foam padding guarantee a comfortable workout. Both the backrest and seat are adjustable, so the HomeGym can be used comfortably by people between 150 and 200 cm long. The robust steel cables have also been tested up to a load of 1000 kg.
