GENERAL TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS
- Check the BLACKROLL® BANDS for damage before each workout and only use BANDS in perfect condition.
- Start with low resistances until you qualitatively master the exercise execution; only then switch to higher resistances more or faster repetitions.
- Exhale during the weight-bearing part of the movement, and avoid compressive breathing.
- Stop the exercise immediately in case of pain of any kind.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Washable up to 60 degrees with standard detergents.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Ironing at low temperature (level 1).
- Dry at low temperature (level 1).
- Do not treat with chlorine, do not dry clean.
- Long, direct sunlight will age the material faster.
