GENERAL TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS

• Check the BLACKROLL® BANDS for damage before each workout and only use BANDS in perfect condition.
• Start with low resistances until you qualitatively master the exercise execution; only then switch to higher resistances more or faster repetitions.
• Exhale during the weight-bearing part of the movement, and avoid compressive breathing.
• Stop the exercise immediately in case of pain of any kind.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Washable up to 60 degrees with standard detergents.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Ironing at low temperature (level 1).
• Dry at low temperature (level 1).
• Do not treat with chlorine, do not dry clean.
• Long, direct sunlight will age the material faster.
