The sewn loops and material composition are optimized for so-called muscle-length training. Thanks to this training, you improve your active mobility and avoid typical complaints such as back and neck pain. The elastic band loops allow you to adapt the workout to your needs and progress.
When training muscle length, it's not individual muscles but entire muscle chains or myofascial chains that are brought into a final position under tension. The training stimulus thus triggered and the use of stretching bands promote the development of muscle length. This is not the case with traditional stretching exercises. Some exercises may look like stretching, but they're actually static strength training in the joint's final position. In addition to muscles, muscle length training with the STETCH BAND focuses primarily on the fascia that surrounds the muscles. The result: your entire system becomes flexible.
