BLACKROLL® RESIST BAND elastic bands have been developed to make modern sports training innovations accessible to everyone. Elastic bands must meet professional requirements while remaining accessible to amateurs. RESIST BAND elastics are strong, stretchy, robust and tear-resistant, yet pleasantly soft to the touch. Two flexible Velcro loops on the elastic band allow quick fastening around the hips for modern acceleration, sprinting and running training without cutting yourself.

Before each training session, check the elastic bands for damage. Only use elastic bands in perfect condition.
Start with less resistance until you've mastered the exercise, then move on to higher resistances and/or more repetitions.
Perform all exercises at a steady, slow pace.
Breathe calmly and regularly during your workout.
Breathe out during the most difficult part of the movement.
Avoid forced breathing
Stop exercising immediately in the event of pain of any kind
Consult your doctor or therapist before starting the exercise program if you have any previous injuries or illnesses.
