Training: Gymnastics rings are great for crosstraining, gymnastics and track and field. The gymnast set is ideal for body weight training, offers the possibility to perform a multitude of exercises all more complete than the others as for example pull-ups, push-ups, ... The wooden rings also help to work on coordination and balance.
Features: The gym rings come with premium straps that are 4.5m long and 3.8cm wide so you can hang them anywhere you go, whether at home or in the gym. The straps are graduated, so you can find the right height quickly.
Safety: The wood we use comes from a high quality production. The straps support a maximum load of 300kg. The dimensions correspond to the international competition guidelines of the International Gymnastics Federation.
