What are the effects of Aero-Step XL?
Aero-Step XL improves joint stability. Muscles are toned and strengthened in depth. Equipped with over 1,000 round pimples, for extra stimulation of foot reflexology points, additional massage effect and improved blood circulation. Joint stability is improved, balance is found, imbalances are compensated for and reflexes and reactions are encouraged.
How does it work?
Whether in the upright position for leg axis training, or in the ventral or dorsal position, the stability provided by the air filling makes every known exercise more stimulating. The inserted connecting plate provides the necessary stabilization, guaranteeing good grip on the ground. Air-filled chambers allow very subtle movements. This means high demands and therefore rapid training effects.
