Appearance
The Perform X2i from Flow Fitness is black, with small blue details. This gives the elliptical a cool, elegant look for your home or a professional look for your gym. The flywheel on this elliptical is fixed to the rear, which also takes up less space than an elliptical with a front flywheel.

Handles
During your workout, you grasp the two slightly curved outer handles. This allows you to make big movements with your arms and burn even more calories. You can also choose to rest your hands on the two inner handles. You'll also find contact sensors that track your heart rate and quick keys for easy navigation.

Pedals
The X2i elliptical has non-slip pedals for a safe workout. The pedals can be adjusted to 3 different positions.

Your training on the X2i

A workout on this Flow Fitness elliptical is completely personalized. Choose from no fewer than 24 different programs, including heart rate-based programs. These programs are fully adapted to your personal heart rate. You measure your heart rate by placing your hands on the contact sensors in the handles or by using a Bluetooth chest strap.

Do you opt for a manual program? Then you choose the resistance you want. Perform X2i features an electromagnetic resistance system with no fewer than 69 different resistance levels. These resistance levels are set in 5-watt steps, with a minimum resistance of 10 watts and a maximum resistance of 350 watts.

More variation with Bluetooth

Thanks to the Flow Fitness X2i's Bluetooth receiver, you can easily connect it to the training applications you want. Iconsole and Kinomap, among others, are compatible with the X2i. These applications offer you a unique training experience with realistic itineraries and previews of your workouts.

User-friendly LCD display

During your workout on the elliptical, you can monitor your performance via the LCD screen. This backlit display gives you an overview of the following data: time, speed, revolutions per minute, distance, watts, calories and heart rate. What's more, the console features a practical tablet holder and a USB port for charging your tablet or smartphone.

Follow Kinomap

The Kinomap application gives you an extremely realistic experience of existing and self-selected routes. Resistance is automatically increased when ascending and decreased when descending. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed, or use the multiplayer mode to organize competitions with your friends. On your screen, you can see how far into your video you are and how far you still have to go. You can also easily link Kinomap to your favorite training applications, such as Strava and Runkeeper. In this way, you can record all your training sessions in a single overview.

To use Kinomap, a minimum version of 5.0 is required for Android devices. A minimum version of 9.0 is required for iOS.
