A workout with the Flow Fitness Glider DCT2500i cross trainer is a workout with many variations. Thanks to the Bluetooth receiver, this fitness device is suitable for use with popular applications such as Kinomap and Iconsole. What's more, the cross trainer also features 24 programs that you simply follow via the LCD display, and 16 different training levels.

The Flow Fitness Glider DCT2500i has been enhanced with a unique design, an even more robust chassis and a clear display with Smart Wheel. This makes the DCT2500i perfect for anyone who wants to work on their fitness at home.

With the Glider DCT2500i, we've thought of everything: from an 18.5 kg steering wheel and non-slip pedals to a tablet holder, bottle holder and transport wheels. The non-slip pedals can be adjusted in 3 positions, so that you always have the right posture and the 42 cm gap between steps feels natural.

Programs and resistors

The Glider DCT2500i offers a total of 24 programs to choose from. Depending on your training objective, you can choose from the following options:

With the manual program, you set the desired resistance yourself. The cross trainer has 16 levels of resistance, which you can set using the handy Smart Wheel or the quick-release buttons on the handles.

More options with Iconsole, Kinomap and Swift

To add more options to your workout, you can choose to link the cross trainer to apps on your smartphone or tablet. Iconsole, Kinomap and Zwift offer a wide range of training options. Think of realistic routes that you follow from the screen of your smartphone or tablet. The applications also keep track of all your performance in a clear overview.

The Kinomap application gives you a highly realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. Resistance is automatically increased as you go up and decreased as you go down. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed, or use the multiplayer mode to organize competitions with your friends. On your screen, you can see how far into your video you are and how far you still have to go. You can also easily link Kinomap to your favorite training applications, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way, you can record all your training sessions in a single overview.

To use Kinomap, at least version 5.0 is required for Android devices. At least version 9.0 is required for iOS.

Please note: Kinomap can be used free of charge for the first 7 days, after which you can take out a paid subscription.

Illuminated LCD display

The illuminated LCD screen displays the most important performances during your workout, such as time, speed, rpm, distance, power, calories and heart rate. Below this screen, you'll find the Smart Wheel. With this rotary knob, you can easily navigate to programs, resistors and different performance views. The display also features a USB port, tablet holder and Bluetooth receiver. With the latter, you can link a Bluetooth chest belt to the DCT2500i. A Bluetooth chest strap is not supplied as standard with the cross trainer. Would you like to measure your heart rate without a chest strap? This is made possible by contact sensors in the handles.
